摘要
目的 探讨贝那普利、美托洛尔联合治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床效果. 方法 选取80例老年原发性高血压与心力衰竭合并发生患者,均为郑州交通医院2013年5月至2014年5月收治,随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组给予常规方案治疗,观察组加用贝那普利与美托洛尔联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果. 结果 观察组临床总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组总有效率( 70%) ,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05 ). 治疗前两组患者D0、D1比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后均有增大,但观察组D1改善幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05). 两组治疗前血浆BNP指标及6MWT距离评测比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后两组血浆BNP均明显下降,6 MWT均延长,且幅度观察组均高于对照组( P〈0.05). 结论 老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的患者,采用贝那普利与美托洛尔联用,可显著改善心功能,提高治疗总有效率,对保障预后有非常积极的临床意义.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol on elderly hyper -tension patients with heart failure .Methods To select 80 cases of essential hypertension elderly patients with heart failure who were treated in traffic hospital of Zhengzhou from May 2013 to May 2014, they were randomly into two groups , with 40 cases in each group .The control group received conventional regimen and the observation group was given benazepril com -bined with metoprolol in addition ,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70%), the difference was signif-icant (P〈0.05).D0, D1 had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05), they were increased after treatment , but the improvement of the D 1 was higher in the observation group , the difference was significant (P〈0.05).Before treatment, plasma BNP evaluation indicators and 6MWT distance had no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05), after treatment, plasma BNP were significantly decreased, 6MWT were extended in both groups and the rate in the observation group were higher ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Benazepril and metoprolol in treat-ment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and heart failure can significantly improve heart function , increase the total efficiency of the treatment , the prognosis is very positive for the protection of clinical significance .
