摘要 目的:观察临床治疗中上颌第二磨牙根管变异情况。方法:选择因牙髓炎、根尖周炎行根管治疗的147例150个上颌第二磨牙,对根管的变异情况进行观察、记录和分析。结果:150个上颌第二磨牙中,单根管牙2个,双根管牙18个,3根管牙115个其中1例颊腭各1根,颊侧根管为1-2型(V型根管);4根管牙15个,其中近中颊根第二根管13个(近中颊根1-2型1例),近、远中腭根根管2个。结论:上颌第二磨牙根管变异较大。 AIM: To observe the root canal variations of maxillary second molars from a clinical point of view. METHODS: 150 maxillary second molars in 147 patients underwent root canal treatment were observed and the root canal morphology was observed and analyzed. RESULTS : Of the 150 maxillary second molars, 2 teeth had only 1 root canal; 18 had 2 root canals; 115 had 3 root canals; and 15 had 4 root canals. Second mesiobuccal(MB2) canal and second palatal canal were found in some of these cases. When the MB2 canal was present, one of the MB roots had a type V canal configuration. A type V canal configuration was also found in 1 of the teeth that had only 1 buccal root. CONCLUSION: The variation of maxillary second molars is comparatively large.
