成渝经济区“双核五带”经济发展差异研究

Study on the Economic Development Difference of Double-core and Five Economic Belts in Cheng-yu Economic Zone

以跨省级行政区划的"双核五带"经济区为对象,采用地方生产总值份额为基础和固定资产投资份额为权数的泰尔指数法,研究1999-2010年成渝经济区经济发展的差异以及对经济发展的影响。结果显示:成渝经济区发展差异呈现先扩大后缩小的变化趋势,差异性对经济发展的作用表现为先负向后正向。因此,政府应在坚持"双核五带"发展规划的基础上,深化区域分工与合作,促进成渝经济区一体化建设,缩小经济区区内经济带的发展差异。

Taking inter-provincial double-core and five economic belts as objects of study,and the local GDP share as the foundation,the fixed assets investment share as weighting,this paper studies the economic development difference in Cheng-yu economic zone from 1999 to 2010 by way of theil index method. Chengyu economic zone development difference enlarges at first and then narrows and the difference within the economic belt is the major contributor to the total difference. The government should adhere to the plan for inter-provincial double-core and five economic belts development,gradually eliminate the influence of the provincial administrative divisions,promote the integrated construction and shorten the gap in development difference of Cheng-yu economic zone.
