On Relationship Between Supply and Demand in Evaluation and Balanced Development of Inland Port: Taking Yibin Port as an Example

运用指数平滑法对宜宾港集装箱运输需求与港口供给间的平衡性进行测算得出:到2020年,宜宾港集装箱运能将出现"供大于求"的情况,产生资源闲置、浪费等问题。"供大于求"的内河港口要实现供需均衡,务必在货源方面加以拓展。本地经济的崛起和城市产业联盟的形成是大幅增加货源量的关键,而完备的配套设施和优质的服务能提升港口软实力,进一步促进港口繁荣发展。

Yibin Port ’ s balanced situation between containers transportation demand and port supply was measured by exponential smoothing method .The conclusion was that Yibin Port would appear a characteristic of “glut” with container transport capacity , meanwhile , there would be some problems such as idle resources and waste in 2020.To achieve the balance between “oversupplied” inland port supply and demand , the supply must be expanded .Local economic growth and the formation of industrial union would be the key to increase the amount of supply;and comprehensive supporting facilities and high quality services would enhance the port ’ s soft power , further accelerate the development of it .
