军医大学学员学习情况调查及影响因素分析 被引量:3

Survey on Learning Conditions of Military Medical University Undergraduates and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 目的:掌握军校学员的学习情况,分析性别、专业、年级等因素的影响。方法:应用大学生学习动机简易评定量表和自编问卷等,以某军医大学为例,分析学员学习动机强度、自评的学习态度、对学习成绩的期望值、学习成绩的整体状况等。结果:1学员总体学习动机主要以中等为主(62.6%),自评的学习态度以比较刻苦(38.8%)和一般(36.6%)为主;对学习成绩的期望值以良好(41.2%)和优秀(38.5%)为主;学习成绩的整体状况以良好(42.4%)和中等(30.6%)为主;2不同性别学员之间只有学习成绩的整体状况有统计学差异(F=4.557,P=0.033);3不同专业学员的学习动机的强度、自评的学习态度和对学习成绩的期望值有差异(F=2.613,4.774,5.792;P=0.011,0.000,0.000);4不同年级学员学习动机的强度、对学习成绩的期望值和学习成绩的整体状况有统计学差异(F=4.372,6.385,9.849;P=0.004,0.000,0.000)。结论:军医大学学员学习动机水平适中,总体学习状态较好;性别、专业、年级都是学习的影响因素,后两者更明显;要采取多种措施提升学员的学习动机水平。 Objective:To master learning conditions of military medical university undergraduates and analyze the influencing factors including genders ,specialties and grades .Methods:Using Working Motiva-tion Simple Inventory and the homemade questionnaire , we surveyed all undergraduates on campus of a Military Medical University about the problems including strength of motivation ,study attitude of self -ap-praised,academic performance expectations and academic records .Results:①For the whole undergradu-ates group,the main strength of motivation was medium (62.6%),study attitude of self -appraised were industrious(38.8%)and ordinary(36.6%),academic performance expectations were good (41.2%)and outstanding(38.5%),and academic records were good(42.4%)and general(30.6%).②It showed sta-tistical significance in academic records between different genders (F=4.557,P=0.033).③It showed statistical significance in strength of motivation , study attitude of self -appraised and academic perform-ance expectations among different specialties (F=2.613,4.774,5.792;P=0.011,0.000,0.000).④It showed statistical significance in strength of motivation ,academic performance expectations and academic records among different grades(F=4.372,6.385,9.849;P=0.004,0.000,0.000).Conclusion:The strength of motivation of the Military Medical University is moderate and the learning conditions is good on a whole.The genders,specialties and grades are all the influencing factors of learning conditions ,especial-ly the first two factors .All kinds of measures should be taken to advance the strength of motivation of the undergraduates .
