摘要
以5.8mm枪为射击平台,通过经典内弹道模型理论计算出弧厚不同的几种球扁药理想混装时的最大膛压及初速,并通过靶场实验测试出实际弧厚不均一的球扁药混装时的初速.理论计算结果表明:5.8mm枪的初速及最大膛压均随着球扁药弧厚的增加有所降低;单一尺寸球扁药中混装其他尺寸量越多,最大膛压及初速变化量越大;混装方式较单一尺寸装药,最大膛压及初速跳动减小.靶场实验结果与理论计算结果相一致,球扁药过筛尺寸均匀后,初速跳差明显降低.因此,应改进球扁药生产工艺或装药方式,提高弹道一致性.
Based on a classical interior ballistics model,the maximum bore pressure and initial velocity of5.8mm gun were calculated when the oblate spherical propellants with ideally different grain sizes mixed loading.The initial velocity of actual oblate spherical propellants with different grain sizes was tested by the range experiments.The results of theoretical calculation illustrate that the maximum bore pressure and initial velocity of 5.8mm gun decrease with the increasing of grain size.The more kinds of grain sizes load,the more change of the maximum bore pressure and initial velocity appears.The initial velocity's variation of mixed loading decreases compared with a single loading.The results of range experiments agree with the theoretical calculation.The initial velocity's variation decreases obviously when the oblate spherical propellants are screened and the grain sizes are more uniform.So the procedure for the production of oblate spherical propellants or the method of loading should be improved to increase the uniformity of internal ballistic property.
