摘要
为突破随行装药应用化研究的技术瓶颈,采用数值计算方法,针对包容式随行装药,分析了随行药室参数对内弹道性能的影响规律.结果表明,缩短点火延迟时间、增加随行装药量与减小随行药室容积可提高弹丸初速,但膛压也有相应的上升,且对膛压的影响比初速要显著;改变点火延迟时间对膛压影响显著,改变随行装药量对随行药室压力影响显著,改变随行药室容积对膛压与随行药室压力的影响规律类似;增加喷口截面积,对膛压及初速的影响甚微,但随行药室压力有大幅度的降低;在保证膛压不变、随行药室压力安全的情况下提高弹丸初速,随行药室各参数存在较佳值.
For breaking through technological difficulties of travelling charge's applied research,the influence rule of chamber parameters of travelling charge on the performance of internal ballistics of cavity structure of travelling charge was studied by numerical calculation method.The result shows that the shortening of ignition delay time,increase of travelling charge and decrease of cavity volume of travelling charge can enhance muzzle velocity of projectile,but the chamber pressure rises accordingly and the influence to chamber pressure is more obvious than muzzle velocity;the change of ignition delay time has significant influence to chamber pressure,the change of quantity of travelling charge has significant influence to cavity pressure of travelling charge,the change of cavity volume of travelling charge has similar influence to chamber pressure and cavity pressure of travelling charge;the increase of exhaust nozzle cross-sectional area of travelling charge has little effect to chamber pressure and muzzle velocity,but cavity pressure of travelling charge has a significant reduction;if the chamber pressure keeps invariant,the cavity pressure of travelling charge is secure and accelerate muzzle velocity,each chamber parameters of travelling charge has a preferable value.
