Shen Yueyue, President of the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, met Lakshmi Puri, Deputy Executive Director of UN Women, in Beijing on October 23, 2015. Shen spoke highly of the significance of the Global Leaders＇ Meeting on Gender Equality and Women＇s Empowerment, which was hosted by China, in collaboration with UN Women, in New York, the United States, in late September.
