水平轴风力机叶片研究现状及展望

摘要 风力机叶片是风力发电机捕获风能的直接"媒介",作为风力发电机的关键部件,得到了国内外众多学者的重视。为了更加全面地掌握风力机叶片的发展现状及趋势,文中对水平轴风力机叶片在气动设计、结构设计和有限元分析等方面的研究现状进行了介绍,并主要对叶片新翼型设计、气动外形设计、结构设计及三维建模中存在的主要问题进行了论述。另就叶片气动设计中较常用的Wilson方法提出了分割叶素数对设计结果影响显著的观点,对风力机叶片设计方法的改进具有启示作用。最后,对风力机叶片在气动设计和结构设计等方面提出了展望。 Wind turbine blade was one component of wind turbine which directly captured wind energy. As a critical component of wind turbine, the blade has got a lot of attention by many domestic and foreign scholars. The status of aerodynamic design, structure design, finite element analysis and etc. on the horizontal axis wind turbine blade was introduced in this paper.Some main problems about airfoil design theory, aerodynamic shape design theory, material selection, layer design and 3Dmodeling have been presented. In addition, a view point was proposed to illustrate the effect of blade elements number on design results using the common Wilson method. This will have a enlightenment function to the improvement of wind turbine blade design method. Finally, a prospect about aerodynamic design and structure design has been put forward.
