摘要
前梁是汽车转向桥的重要部件之一,近年来其疲劳破坏问题越来越突出。文中应用ANSYS Workbench软件的Fatigue Tool工具,对前梁进行有限元分析,选取第1主应力查看其强度情况;考虑平均应力的影响,进行疲劳寿命分析,并与试验结果进行了对比。确定前梁的危险区域,为其结构改进提供一定的依据。
Front axle was one of the most important parts of vehicle steering axle. In recent years, fatigue problems were becoming more and more serious. The Fatigue Tool in ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the front axle. The first principal stress was selected to check its strength situations. The effect of mean stress should be considered during the fatigue life analysis. The comparison was proceeded between the test results. The dangerous area of front beam could be determined to provide a certain basis for the structure improvement.
