摘要
特殊的语言环境、民族构成决定了少数民族聚居区内的双语教育必须和少数民族杂居区、散居区有所不同。对国家所推行的几种双语教育模式进行适当调整,对传统的民语教学模式进行改造,同时兼顾城、乡差异,因地制宜,选择合适的的双语教育模式,才能推进聚居区双语教育健康、平稳、有序、有效发展。
The bilingual education in minority inhabitants is different from that of the regions where minority populated in scattered and mixed ways. It is determined by the special language environment and minority structure. Proper adjustment of bilingual education and the reform of the traditional teaching models are needed to develop the bilingual education in the minority inhabitants. When choosing the suitable bilingual educational models, both urban and rural areas should be balanced.
