Health education in high school physical education

在新课改背景之下,高中体育教学中渗透健康教育,探索符合当前高中体育教学实际的体育健康教育方法,既能提高学生的身体素质,也能激发学生学习体育健康教育知识的兴趣,提升课堂教学效果,推动高中体育课堂教学该科的进程。该文主要分析了高中体育教学中健康教育问题的现状,提出了当前学校健康教育存在的问题,并结合笔者的教学实践,提出了一些解决方法。

Under the background of the new curriculum reform, high school sports teaching penetration of health education, and explore in line with the current high school sports teaching practice of physical and health education method, both to improve the physical quality of the students, also can stimulate students interest in learning the knowledge of health education, improve the classroom teaching effect, promote the process of the classroom teaching high school physical education department. This paper mainly analyzes the situation of high school physical education in health education, put forward the problems existing in the current school health education, and puts forward some methods to solve them combined with the author＇s teaching practice.
