口服补液盐治疗胃肠型细菌性食物中毒42例临床分析

Clinical analysis of Oral Rehydration Solution for Bacterial Food Poisoning of Gastrointestinal Type in 42 Cases

目的观察口服补液盐治疗胃肠型细菌性食物中毒患者的疗效。方法选自2014年7月—2014年8月,位于该院治疗胃肠型细菌性食物中毒的42例患者,给所有患者清洗肠胃,对于不同情况的患者,采取不同的治疗方法,当中主要以口服补液盐治疗为主。观察患者的临床病情症状和生命体征,通过实验检查其临床表现,观测胃肠型细菌性食物中毒的病原菌群。结果经过诊查后,观察出患者的临床表现主要以呕吐现象、腹痛现象、腹泻现象为主,且经过口服补液盐方式为主的治疗后,患者均全部治愈,总有效率为100.0%。结论口服补液盐治疗胃肠型细菌性食物中毒的患者,安全性高,效果显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ORS（Oral Rehydration Solution） in the treatment of patients with bacterial food poisoning of gastrointestinal type.Methods Selected from July 2014 to August 2014,is located in the 42 patients treated in our hospital gastrointestinal type of bacterial food poisoning,stomach wash to all patients,for patients with different situations,to take different approaches to treatment.The clinical observation of the patient＇s vital signs and symptoms of the disease,its clinical manifestations checked by experiment,observation gastrointestinal type of bacterial food poisoning pathogen group.Results After the diagnosis,clinical manifestations observed a gastrointestinal type of bacterial food poisoning patients mainly vomiting,abdominal pain phenomenon,mainly diarrhea,and after the main way of oral rehydration salts after treatment,all patients were cured,the total efficiency 100.0%.Conclusion Patients treated with oral rehydration salts gastrointestinal type of bacterial food poisoning,safe,the effect is significant.
