早期护理干预对肛肠外科术后排尿排便的影响

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Urination and Defecation after Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨早期护理干预对肛肠术后患者排尿排便的影响。方法将该院收治的128例肛肠外科手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各64例,对照组患者予以常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上,增加早期护理干预措施,比较两组患者的排尿、排便情况。结果干预组术后排便困难发生率及排尿困难发生率均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;干预组术后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05;干预组患者的总满意率为95.31%,显著高于对照组的76.69%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论早期护理干预可有效预防肛肠外科术后排便、排尿困难,加快术后康复进程,提升患者的护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on urination and defecation after anorectal surgery.Methods 128 cases underwent anorectal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group with 64 cases in each.The control group were given the usual care and the intervention group were given early intervention measures based on the usual care.And the status of urination and defecation was compared between the two groups.Results After the surgery,compared with the control group,in the intervention group,the incidence of difficult defecation and dysuresia was much lower,respectively,P〈0.05;the VAS scores were obviously lower,P〈0.05;the overall response rate of the intervention group was 95.31%,significantly higher than 76.69%of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The early nursing intervention can effectively prevent the incidence of difficult defecation and dysuresia after anorectal surgery,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation and enhance patient satisfaction with care,therefore it is worth promoting.
