摘要
目的利用超声心动图技术对窒息新生儿的心脏功能及动脉压力变化进行分析探讨。方法随机选取该院2014年1月—2014年11月收治的60例窒息新生儿作为观察组,以同期出生的50例健康新生儿作为对照组,对比两组新生儿的心脏功能及肺动脉压力指标。结果观察组左室EF降低、右室CO减少、左右心室射血前期与加速时间明显延长、A/E(二尖瓣舒张末期/舒张早期峰值流速)比例倒置,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组的PADP、PAP及PAP/RS均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息后心脏功能发生明显变化,且肺动脉压力明显升高是病情严重的标志,应提高警惕性。
Objective Conduct and analyzed the cardiac function and arterial pressure in neonatal asphyxia by echocardiography.Methods 60 cases of asphyxia newborn from January 2014 to November 2014 selected as observation group,born in the same period of 50 cases of healthy newborn were control group,compared two groups of neonatal heart function and pulmonary artery pressure index.Results The observation group reduced left ventricular EF and right ventricular CO,the right and left ventricular pre ejection period and accelerate the time was significantly prolonged,A/E(mitral diastolic/early diastolic peak velocity)ratio inversion,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).And PADP,PAP and PAP/RS of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion After neonatal asphyxia,heart function had obviously changes,and the pulmonary arterial pressure increased significantly is a sign of severe pulmonary artery pressure,should be more vigilant.
