摘要
本文介绍了基于PowerMILL的后处理程序Ductpost开发的一款能支持华中数控HNC-22M的后处理文件,使PowerMILL能通过该后处理文件生成的NC程序,不需任何修改直接供四轴数控铣床使用,避免人为失误,提高工作效率。四轴数控铣床采用PowerMILL编程可扩展数控实训的知识范围,提高学生的技能水平。
Based on Ductpost PowerMILL, the post processing program file has been developed ,which supports Central China numerical control HNC-22M. It makes the programmers formed by PowerMILL apply to processing of the Four axis numerical control milling machine, which doesn't need any modification and directly used for the four axis NC milling machine. So it avoids human error, improving work efficiency. The post processing program file has been adopted in the students of numerical control training. The result shows it can expand the knowledge scope of numerical control training, and improve the level of students' skills.
