摘要
本文以株洲清水塘污水处理工程为背景,对其控制系统进行设计,并针对溶解氧浓度控制系统的非线性、大滞后等特点,采用模糊PID对溶解氧浓度实现控制,结果表明用PLC实现模糊PID控制简单实用适于工业控制系统的应用,并且基于模糊PID的污水处理控制系统有很好的控制品质,较好的鲁棒性,这种方法适于复杂的工业控制系统,有一定的推广应用价值。
The control system is designed based on the background of the sewage treatment project in Zhuzhou Qingshuitang, and for the nonlinear and large delay of the dissolved oxygen concentration control system. The fuzzy PID is used to control the dissolved oxygen concentration, and the results show that the fuzzy PID control realization with PLC is simple and practical for industrial control system, and the sewage treatment control system based on fuzzy PID has good control quality and good robustness. This method is suitable for complex industrial control systems, and has some application value.
