2010—2014年八师134团结核病防治效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Tb Disease Prevention and Control of 134 Regiment in Eight Division From 2010 to 2014

目的通过对八师134团结核病防治项目实施效果分析,了解八师134团结核病防治效果,为其今后结核病防控工作策略的制定提供科学依据。方法对2010—2014年八师134团的近五年结核病发病率、年龄分布、分型、性别、职业、治疗、治疗转归等情况进行分析。结果 2010—2014年近五年八师134团共发现结核病病人45例,其中III型（继发型）肺结核病人居多,20-60岁年龄之间人群发病率较高,占所有肺结核病人的75.6%,45例患病者中,男性结核病患者27例,患病率为60%;女性结核病患者18例,患病率为40%,职业分布：职工25例,民工20例,干部0例,5年内治疗人数41例,治疗率为91.1%,治愈32例,治愈率为78.04%,转归9例,转归率21.95%。结论八师134团结核病发病率呈平稳趋势,20-60岁人发病率较高,男性发病多于女性,且结核病具有明显的职业性,职工发病率最高,在治疗上,绝大多数病人均能得到治疗,且治愈率偏高。在有效治疗的同时,要强调结核病的防治,以减少结核病的发生。

Objective Understanding the results of tuberculosis control and prevention of 134 regiment in eight division in recent years by analyzing the implementation effect of tuberculosis control project, in order to providing scientific basis for strategy for the tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods The data come from the registration books for tuberculosis control project of 134 regiment in eight division which are included in the tuberculosis management information system from 2010 to 2014. These books include the referral and tracking book of tuberculosis patients and suspected TB patients in medical institutions, the newly diagnosed book of tuberculosis patients and suspected TB patients, the book of tuberculosis patients, the other registration books and so on. Results 2010- 2014 years nearly five years, eight division 134 group were found in 45 cases of TB patients, the type III（afterwards hairstyle） in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis mostly, between the ages of 20 to 60 years of age incidence rate is higher, accounting for 75.6% of all TB patients, 45 cases of sick, male patients with tuberculosis in 27 cases, prevalence rate was60%; 18 cases of female patients with tuberculosis, prevalence rate was 40%, the occupational distribution： staff of 25 cases, 20 cases of migrant workers, cadres cases, within five years the number 41 therapy, treatment rate was 91.1% cure 32 people cure rate as 78.04%. 9 outcome and the recovery rate of 21.95%. Conclusion It is necessary to reduce the prevalence of tuberculosis,control the source of infection, reduce mortality and morbidity, protect the human health, improve the health level of residents and the awareness of disease prevention, strengthen the self-protection, improve ability and promote the economic development of the134 regiment in eight division.
