廊坊市2013—2014年手足口病病毒核酸检测结果分析

摘要 目的分析廊坊市2013—2014年手足口病病毒核酸型别及分布特征,为预防和控制手足口病提供科学依据。方法对该市各级医疗机构送检的手足口病临床诊断病例标本,采用Real-time RT-PCR法进行病毒核酸检测并分型。结果 2013年4月—2014年12月共收到咽拭子标本462份,检出阳性标本318份,总阳性率68.83%,其中EV71型95份,占29.87%;Cox A16型108份,占33.96%。发病年龄主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占85.50%。结论 2013年廊坊市手足口病的病原体以EV71型为主,2014年廊坊市手足口病的病原体以Cox A16型为主,5岁以下儿童是肠道病毒感染的高危人群。 Objective To analyse the type and distribution characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease virus nucleic acid in Langfang city in 2013-2014, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods For all levels of medical institutions in this Municipality for the clinical diagnosis ofcases of hand foot mouth disease specimens,using the Real-time RT-PCR method for virus nucleic acid detection and classification.Results 318 specimens were tested positive for enterovirus from 462 specimens from 2013 April to 2014 December, the total positive rate was 68.83%, In all cases,95 samples were EV71 type(29.87%) and 108 samples were Cox A16 type 33.96%. Conclusion The major pathogens for HFMD in Langfnag were EV71 in 2013 and Cox A16 in 2014. Children under 5 years old are the high-risk population of enterovirus infection.
