摘要
目的了解北京市郊区县生乳的重金属污染物污染水平。方法对北京市郊区县5个行政辖区内22家奶牛养殖场进行随机采样,按GB/T5009.11.12.17.123-2010第一法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行检测,按照GB2762-2012进行评价。结果共采集生乳样品100件,检测重金属铅、总汞、总砷和铬4种污染物,未检测出超标样品,样品合格率100%。结论北京市郊县生乳重金属污染物含量处于低水平。
Objective To understand the Beijing suburban county milk contamination levels of heavy metals. Methods According to the Beijing suburban county five administrative jurisdiction 22 dairy farms in random sampling, the first method according to GB/T5009.11.12.17.123-2010 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for testing, according to GB2762-2012. Results100 raw milk samples, determine the amount of heavy metals lead, mercury, total arsenic and chromium four kinds of pollutants,did not detect the standard samples, sample qualified rate 100%. Conclusion Beijing suburban county milk low heavy metal pollutants.
