摘要
目的探讨盆腔解剖学教学中联合妇产科临床教学的优势,为提高临床教学效果提供参考。方法该校级选择2010年五年制医学专业学生实施以疾病为基础的教学,选择32名学生,在课期,对32名学生进行无记名式问卷调查(主要了解学生的学习兴趣、记忆、知识的了解程度、学习效率、对临床实习的了解、学习热情以及理解程度等方面),最后对问卷进行统计分析,观察教学效果。结果问卷调查总共发放32份,共回收32份,回收率100%。与旧的教学方法相比,新教学方法明显提高了学生对解剖学的兴趣,使得同学们记忆更加清楚,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔解剖学教学中联合妇产科临床教学可以提高学生临床学习的兴趣和记忆,提高教学质量,节约教学时间,值得向其他学科推广使用。但是该种方法在未来的实施过程中将会面临一定的困难,需要进一步的观察和研究。
Objective To explore the advantages of pelvic anatomy teaching combined with gynaecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods 32 five year system medical students were selected, the survey is conducted by secret ballot questionnaire on 32 students, to observe the effect of teaching,questionnaire were givens to tatistical analysis. Results 32 copies of questionnaires issued, 32 questionnaires were returned, the recovery rate of 100%. Compared with the old teaching method, the new teaching method improves the students' interest in anatomy, making the students have memory more clearly, both were significantly higher than those with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pelvic anatomy teaching combined with gynaecology and obstetrics teaching can improve students' clinical interest in learning and memory, improve teaching quality, save teaching time, it is worth to promote the use of other subjects.
