不同卫生服务体制下关于医患关系的研究与分析

目的通过对比国内外不同卫生服务体制下的医患关系现状,研究二者医患关系的差异性及发展趋势。方法调查、研究有关国内、国外医患关系模式、方法以及研究进展等文献,对比国内、国外医患关系模式的构建。结果国外对于医患关系的研究比较成熟,并且提出多种医患关系模式,提倡以医患关系建设为核心的就医模式;而国内属于基本医疗卫生服务制度早期,卫生服务公平性以及可及性不高,对于医患关系则注重学理构建。结论不同的卫生服务体制衍生出不同的医患关系,因此其研究与发展趋势同样存在差异,并且对于医患关系的研究应结合本地区的实际情况开展。

Objective By comparing the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship under different health service system at home and abroad, the research of the difference of the doctor-patient relationship between them and the development trend.Methods Investigation and research about domestic and foreign doctor-patient relationship model, methods and research progress of literature, comparison of domestic and foreign construction of doctor-patient relationship model. Results Foreign mature on the study of the doctor-patient relationship, and it puts forward the model of a variety of doctor-patient relationship, medical model promotes the construction of the doctor-patient relationship as the core; Early and domestic belongs to basic medical and health service system, health service fairness and accessibility is not high, the doctor-patient relationship focuses on theoretical construct.Conclusion Different derive the doctor-patient relationship in the different health service system, so its research and development trend is also differences, and on the study of the doctor-patient relationship should be carried out in combination with the actual situation of the region.
