摘要
目的对临床护理教学中护士长的监督与管理现况进行全看调查,找出现阶段该工作存在的问题,并找出合适的解决方案。方法使用问卷调查的形式,令本季度到我院进行临床实习的护士实习生166人,本科护士生临床教师64人为调查对象,对护士长在临床教学中的监督与管理情况进行全面调查。结果实习护士和带教教师对于护士长评价相比,明显偏低,且相关数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院内护士长在创设优良学习教学环境,相关人员沟通上均显现出了不足,要想在根本上将该项问题进行全面解决,就要制定出行之有效的改进措施,在根本上将其临床质量加以提升。
Objective Supervision and management of head nurse in clinical nursing teaching status depends on investigation, find out the current problems existing in the work, and find out the appropriate solution. Methods The use of the form of questionnaire survey, this quarter to our hospital for clinical practice of student nurses, 166 people, undergraduate student nurse clinical teachers64 people polled, the supervision and administration of the head nurse's role in the clinical teaching situation to conduct a full in-vestigation. Results The practice nurses and teachers teaching evaluation compared to the matron, obviously on the low side, and relevant data P there is statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The head nurse's role in the creation of good learning teaching environment, lack of related personnel communication are showing, to fundamentally thoroughly solve the problem, must develop effective improvement measures, in the fundamentally improve the clinical quality.
