摘要
目的评价人性化管理理念应用于手术室护理管理中的效果。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月在该院进行手术的150例患者作为研究对象,将其按照数字分组法分为对照组和实验组,对照组60例患者采取常规的护理管理模式,实验组90例患者在对照组的基础上联合人性化管理理念,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组护理满意度86.67%低于实验组护理满意度97.78%,对照组患者的护理差错率为12%,护理纠纷率为17%,实验组患者的护理差错率为3%,护理纠纷率为6%,对照组患者的护理差错率、护理纠纷率均高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理理念应用于手术室护理管理中能有效减少护理差错率和护理纠纷率,提高患者的护理满意度,建立良好的护患关系,在临床管理应用中具有重要的意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate of humane management philosophy applied to the operating room nursing management results.Methods 150 patients were select from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital for surgery as research subjects and divided into groups according to the digital control group and the experimental group and the control group of 60 patients taking conventional care management model, experiments 90 cases of patients combined with humane management concepts on the basis of the control group were compared care outcomes.Results Group care satisfaction 86.67% lower than the experimental group nursing97.78% satisfaction, and control group patient care error rate of 12%, 17% of nursing disputes, care of patients in the experimental group error rate of 3%, nursing disputes rate of 6% in the control group, the error rate of patient care, nursing disputes were higher than those in the experimental group, the difference was significant, statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Humane management philosophy applied in the operating room nursing management can effectively reduce the error rate and nursing care disputes rate, will help improve patient care satisfaction, establish a good nurse-patient relationship is of great significance in the clinical management of applications, worthy of wide application.
