随着社会的进步、医学的发展,辅助检查在临床上的地位越来越重要,人们对检验的要求也越来越高,不仅对技术方面,对其他方面(人文关怀、医德等)也有要求,这就需要医院及时跟随社会的步伐,满足患者的要求。在临床工作中诊断疾病大都离不开检验技术,许多疾病需要依靠检验结果做出诊断,很多疾病的治疗也需要参考检验结果。一个医院的检验技术水平同时也决定着诊断疾病的水平,因此需要提高检验技术,增强管理质量,更好地为临床一线工作服务。然而在实际工作中,人才、设备以及管理等方面医院有待改进。该研究针对如何提高检验科技术管理质量做研究,并观察其成效。
