优质护理服务应用于妇科护理管理的效果

The Effect of High Quality Nursing Service is Applied in Nursing Manage-ment of Department of Gynaecology

目的总结优质护理管理在妇科疾病护理中的应用价值。方法以160例妇科疾病患者作为观察对象,所有患者均随机分为在治疗中接受常规护理管理的A组及在治疗中接受优质护理管理的B组,每组患者80例。对比两组在接受治疗前后焦虑及抑郁变化情况,并对两组护理满意度及舒适度进行分析。结果入组时两组汉密尔顿焦虑评分(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组在接受治疗后,两组HAMA及HAMD评分均较入组时明显降低(P<0.05),同时B组评分均明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科护理管理中,应用优质护理管理可有效改善患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度及舒适度。

Objective To summarize the nursing value of high quality nursing management in department of gynaecology. Methods 160 gynecological patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was given routine nursing management in the treatment and group B was given high quality nursing management in the treatment. 80 cases of each group. Compared the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after treatment, and analyze the two groups of nursing satisfaction and comfort.Results There was no statistically significant difference of Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score and Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） scores between two groups（P〉0.05）, and after treatment, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the gynecologic nursing management, the application of high quality nursing management can effectively improve the patient＇s anxiety and depression, and improve nursing satisfaction and comfort.
