层级管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用效果分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨层级管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2013年1月—2014年1月在该院心内科护理管理的护士20名进行分析,对护士的层级进行科学合理的设置,落实各项护理服务,观察层级管理模式实施前后医生和护士对护理工作的满意度和护理质量。结果实施后的医生满意度、患者对护理工作的满意度及护理质量评分分别为(98.67±3.29)、(98.79±2.79)、(98.59±3.24)分,优于实施前的(89.76±2.13)、(90.34±1.23)、(90.23±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理管理中开展层级管理模式的实施,对于调动护理人员工作的积极性和主动性,提高护理人员的护理质量,促进医院护理水平的提高。 Objective To probe into the clinical effects of hierarchical management in nursing management in cardiology department Methods 20 nurses who were randomly selected from the department of cardiology nursing management in our hospital from January, 2013 to January, 2014 were analyzed, and these nurses were scientific and reasonable setted on the level of nurse, implemented the nursing service,before and after the implementation of hierarchical management the work satisfaction and nursing quality of these doctors and nurses were observed. Results After the implementation,the doctors' satisfaction,patients' satisfaction with nursing work and nursing quality score were(98.67±3.29)%,(98.79±2.79)%,(98.59±3.24)%,which were better than those before the implementation of the(89.76±2.13)%,(90.34±1.23)%,(90.23±1.27) and differences had the statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion In nursing management in cardiology department,to implement the hierarchical management which can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, improve the quality of nursing care of nursing staff, and improve nursing level.
