An Analysis on Satisfaction Degree of Files Management in a Hospital

摘要 目的调查了解医院职工对档案管理工作的满意度,为提高档案管理水平提供依据。方法随机选取356名职工,设计调查表,开展面对面问卷调查。结果医院职工对档案工作的满意度普遍不高;医院临床医生与后勤管理人员在档案开发利用频率及满意度方面差异有统计学意义。结论该医院档案管理工作满意度低下,医院应采取有效措施,提高档案的开发利用效率,改善服务态度,改进服务流程。 Objective To investigate and learn about the satisfaction degree of the hospital staff in a hospital,and to put forward ways to Improve the level of archives management. Methods 356 hospital staff were selected randomly, self-devised questionnaire were used to make a face-to-face survey. Results The satisfaction degree of the hospital staff is generally not high; there are significant difference between doctors and support services personnel with development and utilization frequency of archives and satisfaction degree. Conclusion The hospital staff is not satisfied with files management, the hospital should take effective measures to improve efficiency of archives utilization, service attitude, service process.
