摘要
目的了解免疫接种造成异常反应的因素及后果,并进行对策探讨。方法对沂源县2008—2012年接种反应资料进行分析。结果 2008—2012共发生接种反应16起,在处理过程中存在的诸多困难,影响正常工作。结论政府的投入、经费的保障、疫苗的规范、舆论的报道、人员的稳定、法律的健全等是影响预防接种不良反应的重要因素。
Objective To understand the immunization abnormal reaction factors and consequences, and carries on the countermeasures. Methods With the description epidemiology method of yiyuan vaccination response data from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed. Results Vaccination reaction during 2008-2012 16, difficulties in the process, affect the normal work. Conclusion The results of the government＇s investment, funds safeguard, the criterion of vaccine, the stability of the coverage of public opinion, personnel, legal sound, and many other factors are the important factors influencing the vaccination side effects.
