摘要 宁夏气象天气会商高清视频显示系统设计采用交互式音频、视频技术,具有扩充性,选择多路视、音频信号的本地显示和转接显示,采用高清、高亮度、窄边拼缝等离子拼接技术构成功能齐全的大屏显示系统。具智能开机、预约设定,信号任意切换与画面可漫游显示特点。利用全区气象部门业务网络系统,搭建了省级气象台与市县级气象台站的预报业务人员互动的交流平台。同时可通过气象业务应用系统直观地显示全区观测站点的信息、图像和数据,达到提高预报决策现代化手段及工作效率的目的。 the HDweather forecast VoD system of Ningxia Meteorological Information Center use the high quality inter audio and video technique to report weather. It has expensibility,Select multiple visual,Audio signal local display and translation display. This system has some features,such as Smart QucikbBoot, advanced appointment,Arbitrary switching and Scene roaming. This system use the whole Meteorological Information Center internet system that the people can communicate with each other and also people can use their system to see the information,image and data about the observation?station .it can improve the work efficiency and forecasting decision.
