摘要
媒介融合背景下,用人单位需要的是既能采访写作,又会摄影摄像和视音频剪辑的一专多能复合型人才。新闻实验室作为校内培养学生实践能力的重要基地,不仅是复合型人才培养的摇篮,也是高校综合实力的重要体现,该文从新闻实验室管理角度出发,剖析了媒介融合背景下,实验室在发展中出现的问题,提出了增加后期维护经费投入,和加强管理人员的培训等措施。
