摘要
目的通过对弓形虫实验室安全影响因素进行定量评估,为从事弓形虫有关操作的实验室人员做好相关生物安全防范工作提供依据。方法首先.通过查阅文献和德尔菲法调查,确定弓形虫实验室感染发生的危险因素。随后通过模糊层次分析法,确定风险因素的权重。从而确定弓形虫实验室安全的高风险因素。结果猫、犬实验动物接触和粪便样本处理两个步骤发生感染的可能性的组合权重分别为0.113和0.102.危害程度的组合权重分别是0.113和0.102,这两个步骤发生弓形虫实验室感染性高.并且危害程度高,属于高危风险因素。结论实验室工作人员在进行弓形虫检测时.对易发生感染的高危因素应采取积极的应对措施,在标本处理时做好个人防护,佩戴手套,按照实验室标准作业程序操作.减少实验室感染风险。
Objective To quantitatively assessthe laboratory safety factors of Toxoplasma, thus to provide the basis of bio-safety for laboratory personnel engaged in the operation of Toxoplasma. Methods Firstly, the risk factors of Toxoplasma infection in laboratory were determined by the literature and Delphi investigation, then the weights of risk factors were determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, thus the high risk factors of laboratory safety of Toxoplasma were determined. Results For the possibility of infection, the combination weights of the steps of contacting cats (dogs) in experiment and stool samples processing were 0.102 and 0.113, belonging to the risk factors. For the harm of infection, The combination weights of the steps of contacting cats (dogs) in experiment and stool samples processing were 0.113 and 0.102, belonging to the risk factors. Conclusion Active measures should be taken for protecting the susceptible factors of Toxoplasma infection. Equipping personal protection, wearing gloves, and operation in accordance with the laboratory SOP are essential to reduce the risk of laboratory infection in the treatment of the specimen.
