摘要 巴贝虫的感染伴随着复杂的免疫应答过程,现有的研究显示机体的免疫力与巴贝虫感染的发生、发展、愈后有着密切的关系。该文主要是从巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞的固有免疫应答及B细胞、T细胞等的获得性免疫应答等方面来阐述机体感染巴贝虫后的免疫作用及其机制。 Babesia infections associated with complex immune responses. Current studies show that the occurrence, advance and prognosis of babesiasis are closely related to the body's immunity. As such the innate immune response including maerophages, natural killer cells and adaptive immune response including B cells, T cells immune response against-Babesia have been reviewed in this paper including the discussion on the immunological roles.
