系统式家庭治疗与抑郁症复发的关联研究

Research on the Correlation Between Systemic Family Therapy and the Re-currence of Depression

目的探讨系统式家庭治疗与抑郁症患者复发率的关联性。方法将符合CCMD-3抑郁症断标准痊愈出院的69例女病人随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组在药物治疗的基础上对亲属进行系统式家庭治疗,1次/月,同时进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定。对照组单纯采用药物治疗,每月进行汉密顿量表评定。随访时间10个月。结果研究组病人10个月的复发率为11%,明显低于对照组32%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.438,P=0.035)。依从率为94%,明显低于对照组74%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.545,P=0.019)。结论对亲属进行系统式家庭治疗可显著改善抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,提高其生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the correlation between systemic family therapy and the recurrence of depression. Methods 69 cured and discharged females with depression meeting the CCMD-3 criteria were randomly divided into the research group and the control group. The research group were given medication, in addition, the relatives of the patients were given systemic family therapy once a month. The control group were given only medication. Both groups were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） once a month. And all the patients were followed up for 10 months. Results In the research group, the recurrence rate in10 months was 11%, which was obviously lower than 32% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.438, P=0.035）. The compliance rate in the research group was 94%, which was significantly lower than 74% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.545, P=0.019）. Conclusion Systemic family therapy for the relatives of the patients with depression can significantly improve the depression symptoms and quality of life as well as reduce the recurrence rate in the patients.
