初产妇产后促进母乳喂养成功的措施探讨

Measures for Promoting Breastfeeding of Primipara

目的探讨促进母乳喂养成功的具体措施,提高母乳喂养率。方法将2011年1月—2014年12月在该院分娩的692例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组346例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予促进母乳喂养的措施,对两组产妇纯母乳喂养率进行观察和记录。结果观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率高达100%,对照组281例喂养成功,成功率为81.21%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇入院待产时,做好宣教工作,向产妇及家属介绍母乳喂养的好处;缓解产妇的心理压力;在分娩前,帮助产妇做好乳房准备;分娩后,协助产妇做到早接触、早吸吮、早开奶;做好母婴同室及出院护理等措施有利于提高母乳喂养成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the specific measures to promote the success of the breast feeding and increase the breast-feeding rate. Methods 692 primiparas who underwent delivery in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group（n=346） and control group（n=346）. Routine nursing was performed in control group, while breastfeeding promotion measures were conducted in the observation. Maternal breastfeeding rate was observed and recorded both for the two groups. Results Maternal breastfeeding rate of the observation was 100%,while that of the control was 81.21%（281 cases）, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Missionary work at admission of the benefits of breastfeeding for pregnant women and their family members, relief of psychological pressure, good preparation of puerpera breast before delivery, early contact and early sucking and early opening milk after delivery, good job of maternal and infant rooming-in and discharge, are helpful to improve the success rate of breastfeeding, so they are worth the clinical promotion.
