摘要
产后出血是导致产妇死亡的主要原因之一,迅速和合适的管理是改善结局的基础。血栓弹力图是一种能对凝血和纤溶过程进行全面及动态评估的方法,其用图表的形式反应了凝血过程中所有成分的相互作用。近年来有研究表明血栓弹力图相比传统实验室检测方法更利于产后出血的全面评估及指导治疗决策的制定。该研究简要综述了血栓弹力图的检测方法及其在产后出血中的临床应用。
Postpartum haemorrhage（PPH） is a major risk factor for maternal morbidity. Monitoring coagulation status in patients with PPH may be crucial for improved outcomes. The Thrombelastograph（TEG） provides an overall assessment of haemostatic function. It provides a graphic representation of clot formation and lysis. Recent years, TEG becomes a more value to estimate the prognosis of PPH, to guide the decision of treatment strategies. In this paper, we briefly summarized the method of TEG and its predictive value for PPH.
