摘要
目的探讨坦索罗辛联合速尿在ESWL后辅助排石中的疗效。方法入组研究对象156例,随机分为3组。分别给予排石药(A组),排石药+盐酸坦索罗辛(B组),排石药+盐酸坦索罗辛+速尿片(C组)。结果口服中药排石药+盐酸坦索罗辛组在排石时间,疼痛评分,清石率,绞痛复发率,疼痛药物应用及不良反应方面较其他两组有明显优势。结论坦索罗辛联合速尿可有效缩短排石时间,提高清石率,减轻疼痛强度,降低肾绞痛再发率,且不增加药物不良反应,临床应用安全,有效。
Objective To assess the efficacy of tamsulosin combined with furosemide as adjuvant expulsive therapy after ESWL.Methods 156 patients were divided into contrast group（group A, raditional Chinese medicine）,tamsulosin group（group B, raditional Chinese medicine and tamsulosin） and combination group（group C, raditional Chinese medicine plus tamsulosin and furosemide）.Results Patients in group C have present great advantage of lithecbole time, clearance rate, severity of pain, occurrence rate of renal colic and the adverse reaction over the other 2 groups. Conclusion The use of tamsulosin combining with furosemide can effectively shorten the time of lithecbole, elevate the stone clearance rate,alleviate the severity of pain, reduce the occurrence rate of renal colic and not intensify adverse reaction. It is safe and effective.
