造血干细胞移植病人的术前护理分析

Analysis of the Preoperative Nursing for Patients Undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

目的探讨造血干细胞移植病人的术前护理,为日后的临床护理提供参考。方法随机选择2012年2月—2014年9月收治的造血干细胞移植患者100例为研究对象,通过随机分组法分成观察组和对照组,各50例患者。观察组患者给予综合性的术前护理,对照组患者给予常规术前护理,对比两组患者的护理情况。结果经过临床护理,观察组患者的临床情况明显优于对照组。在并发症方面,观察组患者并发症概率为46.0%;对照组患者并发症概率为74.0%,两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为94.0%;对照组为42.0%,对比两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前护理对造血干细胞移植患者的手术具有非常重要的影响,在日后的术前护理中,应对患者实行积极的综合性护理,为临床治疗及患者后续康复,提供更大的帮助。

Objective To discuss the preoperative nursing for patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation so as to provide a reference for clinical nursing in the future. Methods 100 cases underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted from February 2012 to September 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each in accordance with the random grouping method. The observation group were given the comprehensive preoperative nursing, while the control group were given the conventional preoperative nursing. And the status of nursing was compared between the two groups. Results After clinical nursing, the clinical situation of the observation group was much better than that of the control group. The incidence of complications was 46.0% in the observation group, and 74.0% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction was 94.0% in the observation group, and 42.0% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative nursing has great effect on patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. And positively comprehensive preoperative nursing shall be given to the patients for it is conducive to the clinical treatment and subsequent rehabilitation of the patients.
