黄连素治疗2型糖尿病疗效和安全性的系统评价

目的对黄连素治疗2型糖尿病(DM2)的疗效以及安全性进行系统评价。方法用Rev Man5.0对所筛选的文献试验数据进行Meta分析。结果 1黄连素有进一步降低空腹血糖(FBG)的趋势,但其对降低2 h PBG以及Hb A1c的疗效仍不确切;2研究组病人疗后无低血糖症状,偶见胃肠道不适,不良反应率和对照组无明显差异。在仅2篇文献报道的不良反应有具体数值中,一篇中黄连素引起5例不良反应,而安慰剂仅引起1例不良反应;另外一组数据中,黄连素引起1例不良反应,而二甲双胍则未引起不良反应。结论黄连素能够降低DM2的FBG,但对降低2h PBG以及Hb A1c的效果仍无法确定;此药不良反应少,基本表现为消化道不适,无严重并发症,无低血糖。
