摘要
2013年教育部考试中心对全国计算机等级考试所有开考科目都制订了统一的考试大纲。通过比较计算机等级考试2013版新大纲与旧大纲的区别,研究计算机等级考试新大纲的新变化和对考生计算机应用能力的新要求,分析我国当前计算机基础教学存在的问题,以及目前新大纲对当前计算机基础教学的影响。针对我国普通高校计算机基础教学的现状及存在的问题,在计算机课程设置、课程实施、教学设备、教学评价四个方面,提出一些有实用性的建议以便于组织计算机基础教学。
The unified exam outline was formulated by the ministry of education test center for all subjects to be examined in National Computer Rank Examination in 2013. This paper tries to contrast the difference between the new version of computer outline and the old version, research new changes of the 2013 exam outline and new requirements for students' ability of computer application, analyze the current existing problems in computer basic teaching in our country , and summarize the influence of new outline acting on the current computer basic teaching. In view of the present situation and the existing problems of basic computer teaching, we propose some practical advices on curriculum provision, curriculum implementation, teaching attachments and teaching evaluation to organize computer basic teaching.
