摘要
针对露天煤矿班组安全管理现状,从班组伤害事故多发原因进行分析,在本质安全管理、自主安全管理、企业文化等方面提出了强化自主安全管理,积极预防煤矿事故的建议措施。
According to the present situation of team safety management in open-pit coal mine, the article analyzes the reasons of team hurt accidents. In the essence of safety management, safety management, corporate culture aspects, the author presents some measures of strengthening the independent safety management and preventing coal mine accidents.
