摘要
针对福建省内某140m跨钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥,对钢管骨架制作和脱架方案进行了设计,并计算了转体施工的索力、重心、启动力矩,作为转体施工控制的依据。利用Midas有限元软件对施工过程进行了仿真计算,计算结果表明施工过程中桥梁应力和变形均满足要求,且与实测结果相吻合,保证了施工过程的安全可靠,这可为以后同类型拱桥的施工和监控提供借鉴。
With the 140m-span arch bridge with rigid frame of steel-tube concrete in Fujian province as a practical example,the making and the taking-off schemes for the steel-tube frame are designed in the paper,with the cable force,gravity,starting torque calculated for the swivel construction,which are used as the control basis for the swivel construction.The Midas FEM software is made use of for the simulation calculation of the construction process.The calculated results show that both the stress and deformation of the bridge are up to the requirements in the course of the construction,and are found to be in conformity with the measured results,which ensure the safe and reliable construction of the project.The paper may serve as useful reference for the construction and monitoring of arch bridges of the same type in the future.
