摘要
本文运用社会网络分析方法对浙江省某科技创新团队的合著网络进行了分析,考察成员间的互动关系,研究社会网络环境下的科技创新团队知识共享过程,探索了团队整体结构和个体角色上的知识共享情况,可指导团队知识共享实践,有助于建设和发展科技创新团队。
This paper uses social network analysis methods to analyze the co-authorship network of a sic-tech innovation team from Zhejiang Province. We discuss the knowledge sharing condition of the teamfrom the whole network structure and the character of the individuals. This information can help to im-prove the organization＇s knowledge sharing and team performance.
