社会价值链理论与中国商业银行转型

On Social Value Chain Theory and Commercial Bank Transformation

伴随一国不断拓宽经济领域,社会价值链也由低端向高端依次演进。高端环节能更好地服务商品制造和交易活动,极大降低社会成本,而且在实现产业平衡发展过程中具有非常积极的调节作用。经济越发达的国家拥有更多的社会价值链的高端领域。金融处于社会价值链高端领域对于资源合理配置,降低制造和交易成本具有不可替代的重要意义。本文根据这一理论提出了我国商业银行改革转型的一些重要路径。

With the broadening of economic fields, the social value chain of a country evolves from the low-end to the high-end successively. High- end part is not only in favor of goods manufacturing, trade activities and reduetion of soeial cost, hut also has positive impact on the balanced development of industries. The more developed the country is, the more social value chain high-end fields it has. Finance belongs to the high-end field of social value chain and it plays an irreplaceahle role in rational resources allocation and cost reduction of manufacturing and trade. According to lhis theory, this paper puts fro＇ward some important paths for the reform and transformation of China＇ s commercial hanks.
