江苏省血液净化专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of core competence evaluation index system for blood purification nursing specialists in Jiangsu Province based on Delphi method

目的构建江苏省血液净化专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲专家咨询法对专家进行两轮函询以确定江苏省血液净化专科护士核心能力的各级评价指标。结果通过两轮专家函询,形成了6个一级指标,25个二个指标,107个三级指标。两轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.88和0.89,两轮函询结果各级指标的专家协调系数为0.316-0.640。结论江苏省血液净化专科护士核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,为江苏省血液净化专科护士核心能力的评价及考核提供了参考。

Objective To establish core competence evaluation index system of blood purification nursing spe- cialists. Methods Experts were consulted by a two-round Delphi survey,and finally established the core compe- tence evaluation index system of blood purification nursing specialists. Results The core competence evaluation in- dex system includes 6 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators,and 107 third-level indicators. Two rounds of expert consultation letter of authority coefficients were 0.88 and 0.89,the experts at all levels of coordination coeffi- eient rounds letter indicators query results between 0.316-0.640. Conclusion There had a high level of enthusi- asm ,authority and team coordination in experts. The core competence evaluation index system of blood purification nursing specialists can be the reference for training,exanfining and assessing the blood purification nursing special- ists＇ core competence,
