摘要
设计了一种亲水改性的管式海水淡化实验装置,对其进行了常压定温加热实验和不同介质气体条件下的实验研究,分析了淡化装置产水性能及其影响因素。不同运行温度的实验研究表明,亲水改性型管式淡化装置的产水率随运行温度的提高而增加,当运行温度为80℃时,产水率达到最高为0.15 L/h,比光滑管式淡化装置的产水率提高了约20%。不同介质气体条件下的实验结果表明,采用CO_2或O_2等分子量大的介质气体,与Air为介质气体相比,可以较好的提高装置的稳态产水性能。
A tubular desalination still by hydrophilic modification was designed. Under the conditions of given temperature and different kinds of medium gas, aseries of experimental research were conducted to analyzethe water production performance of the device and its factors. The results showed that water production rate per hour increased as temperature rose, reaching 0.15 L/h when temperaturewas 80℃, approximately 20% more than that of the unmodified still. The still with carbon dioxide or oxygen as the medium gas displayed a better performance in steady water production than that with air. Using medium gas with larger molecular weight could improve the water production performance.
