摘要
采用Fenton法深度处理褐煤提质废水,分析了各因素对处理效果的影响,并确定了最佳运行工况。结果表明,最佳运行条件为pH=3,n(H_2O_2)/n(Fe^(2+))=3,H_2O_2和FeSO_4投加量分别为24.94、8.31 mmol/L,反应时间1h。出水COD≤30mg/L,色度15倍,去除率分别达到91%和98%。实验结果表明,Fenton法是深度处理褐煤提质废水的一种有效工艺。
Fenton method was applied to the advanced treatment of lignite upgrading wastewater. Factors affecting treatment efficiency were analyzed, and the optimum operation conditions were determined. The results showed that the optimal operating conditions were as follows: pH=3, n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)=3, the dosages of H202 and FeSO4 were 24.94 mmol/L and 8.31 mmol/L respectively, and the reaction time was lb. Under these conditions, the effluent COD ≤ 30 mg/L, chrome ≤ 15 times, and their removal rates could reach 91% and 98% respectively. Therefore, Fenton method was effective in the advanced treatment of lignite upgrading wastewater.
