摘要
以缺氧-好氧平板膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)污水处理系统为基础,对校园生活污水进行处理,考察了膜污染的状况以及尼龙滤网在延缓膜污染方面的作用。结果表明,尼龙滤网表面形成的自生动态膜层可在一定程度上对膜污染起到延缓作用;平板膜组件经自来水洗-酸洗-碱洗后,膜通量得到有效复原,其中单纯碱洗使膜通量恢复50%左右;尼龙滤网的清洗方式采用大强度的空曝气法,可较为有效的控制滤网表面的污染。
Campus sewage was treated by A/O-MBR wastewater treatment system composed of flat-sheet membrane bioreactor technology and anoxic/ aerobic process. Membrane pollution and the role of nylon filters for reducing membrane pollution were investigated. The results showed that membrane pollution could be alleviated by the dynamic film formed on the surface of nylon mesh. The total rate of membrane flux in the system was effectively recovered after flushing + pickling + caustic washing method, and recovery rate of membrane flux by caustic washing was 50% or so. The cleaning method of nylon filter was aeration of high intensity, which could control the surface contamination of nylon filter.
