摘要
介绍了河南西峡县某汽车零部件制造企业排放的废水有机物及油类污染物含量高等特点,提出了水解酸化-AAO工艺作为主要废水处理工艺的相关工艺设计。调试运行结果表明,该工艺对污染物去除效果较好,出水COD、BOD5和SS、NH3-N、TP、动植物油的质量浓度分别为43~50mg/L、8~10mg/L和7~10、3~5、0.3~O.5、0.5~1mg/L,水质符合GB18918--2002一级A标准的要求。其设计经验可供以后类似企业污水处理相关设计参考借鉴。
The characteristic of the high content ofwastewater organic matter and oil pollutant content in a certain automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprise in Xixia County of Henan Province was introduced, and the relevant technological design of the hydrolytic acidification-AAO process as the main wastewater treatment technology was put forward. The commissioning and operating results showed that this process had good performance on the pollutant removal, and the mass concentrations of effluent COD, BODs, SS, NH3-N, TP, animal and plant oil were 43-50 rag/L, 8-10 mg/L and 7- 10 mg/L, 3-5 mg/L, 0.3-0.5 mg/L 0.5-1 mg/L, respectively. The effluent water quality met GB18918-2002 level requirements of A standard. The design experience could be used for reference for similar enterprises sewage treatment.
