Synthesis of n-Dodecyl Mercaptan With Single Alkyl Sodium Sulfate

我国引进的几套PMMA装置所需助剂DDM产品在国内少见生产,主要依赖进口。总结了合成DDM的新工艺—单烷基硫酸钠法,并对影响收率的因素进行了研究。实验结果证明,该工艺技术可行,投资少,成本低,经济效益显著。单程收率在90%以上,达到法国专利水平,产品质量完全达到引进国外PTI的质量标准。

DDM product as additive for several imported PMMA units is not produced in China, mainly depends on import. In this paper, a new synthesis process of DDM, alkyl sodium sulfate method, was introduced, and the factors affecting the yield were researched. Experimental results show that, the process is effective, less investment, low cost, obvious economic benefit. Single pass yield exceeds 90%, reaches French patent level; the quality of product fully reaches quality standards.
